Here is the proof I was trying to get for my own personal knowledge.

A few days ago I posted a topic on the eBay Trust & Safety Discussion Board.
I used a account that I did not want any longer "jimmysimone"

I wanted to see how long it took before eBay pulled the posting.
It took 3 days 5 hours and 23 minutes.

My posting was titled:
"Has eBay gotten HACKED again?????"

It is about 4th from the bottom of the list
You can see it here in this screen shot:

You can read the post in this screen shot:
My last line is the time and date that I wrote it.

Here is a screen shot of the email I received from eBay tonight March 16th:

I ONLY posted 1 item on their discussion board using this account.
A account that has had ZERO activity since I opened it 1 month ago

SO this just proves to me that eBay is censoring its "Open Discussion Boards"

You gotta love the eBay machine.
They just keep on shooting their self in the foot and reloading the gun.

Instant NARU Rolling Eyes somehow this doesn't surprise me at all.

EBay keep on trying to bury this but all they're doing is digging a deeper hole for themselves.

Please, people, don't fall into eBay's chasm Shocked Evil or Very Mad

I'm having trouble getting my posts to appear here, I keep getting an 'error 404' page Confused

Now that's a different email than the suspension notice I got. Mine just said "abuse of eBay" had no mention of the boards.

For a while last summer, anyone that mentioned PSU on the eBay boards got an almost instant "pinkslap". But a suspension is rather severe. Boy they just don't get it at all.

I am glad that I dropped them before they dropped me. I was being drained dry with all the fees anyway. That coupled with the possibility iof being suspend for some unknown reason, was enough to convince me to cut my losses now.

This was shared on another board I frequent -

More Removed or Soon to Be Removed

I don't know why they don't just fix the issue, and go public....

Most folks I know are very 'leary' of ebaY now - even those that are just buyers...rightfully so - they've got huge security issues!! Rolling Eyes Wink

Hmmmm.. I remember posting on this board about the open back door where scammers were retrieving eBay user info, and nobody seemed concerned..

I too lost a posting id on eBay in December.. Posted a photo of my Christmas tree with a condom used as the topper.. Guess the mods didn't think that was funny, everyone else did.. Instant Suspension!

Here are some screen captures of the daily hacking.. I have more to add so check back later..

On another note, I wonder the reasoning why eBay too the "marketplace safety tips" off the listing pages??
