Tobee allows anyone to download their free software called Composer and create esessions that share knowledge on any subject. They have it also set up to sell these sessions through their merchant services. It is free to use.

Tobee.biz has a great software that allows you to create an interactive multimedia presentation over the web. The Composer software is free, the upload is free, and typicaly you only pay when viewed.
