Bonanzle is successful because the owners care about the sellers, and the sellers are busy promoting! That is a good thing! My sales have really picked up! I'm glad I got in early, nearly 30,000 users now!

Perminate Link for EveryPlaceISell Reveals Multi-Channel Trends of eBay Sellers EveryPlaceISell Reveals Multi-Channel Trends of eBay Sellers
By: David Steiner
Sun Feb 15 2009 21:53:06
"Nearly 2,600 online merchants have created free listings in the EveryPlaceISell.com merchant directory since we launched it in the Fall, revealing some interesting trends in multi-channel selling behavior among small and medium sized sellers. For example, 73% of the merchants who have created a directory entry maintain listings on more than one ecommerce site, and 45% of merchants maintain listings on more than two sites....

...So where are EveryPlaceISell.com merchants listing? 1,210 EPIS merchants have a Bonanzle booth, 896 list on eBay, and 693 have an eBay Store. 391 merchants list on eCrater, 295 on Etsy and 276 on Amazon.

Note that these statistics were gathered on the morning of February 15, 2009, so it's likely they have already changed a bit as more listings have been added and others have been updated. The latest numbers of listings by venue are available by going to http://everyplaceisell.com/cgi-bin/ep/ep.pl?sites, here are the results as of this morning: ..."

Phaedra, I am going to brag on you and AuctionWally just a bit by putting the new link up on -

Brainstorming Bonanzle now has it's own website

http://www.bonanzle.com/forums/1/topics/26801

"Posted by auctionwally, Barre, MA. 268 total posts | Posted 28 minutes ago.

Hello everyone. I wanted to let you know that the online radio show, “Brainstormng Bonanzle” now has it’s own dedicated website and domain which I’ve just purchased. It’s located at: http://brainstormingbonanzle.com

Thanks to http://bonanzle.com/jamiro who donated the graphic art work for the site. Go check out Debra when you get a chance, she does some wonderful graphic artwork.

In addition to the chatroom log which serve as an excellent keyword rich directory of the movers and shakers on Bonanzle and what they’re up to, Phaedra and I are excited because the new format will allow us to submit articles and other Bonanzle relevant content.

Last night the show had a record number of people in the chat room! Each week the show has grown and Phaedra and I are humbled and blown away by the number of you showing up to share solid information.

Those of you who’ve tuned in, know that this is not just a cheer leading show will all fluff and no stuff.

We are serious about helping everyone get more sales on Bonanzle and we’ll be having some great guest interview, contests and more.

I’m asking all who listen to the show, to hit the "share this button on individual articles when they get a chance, and to follow the site.

If you’ve listened to the show, you know that Phaedra and I come from a “helps me, helps you” perspective, and there is nothing we do on the show or site that benefits only us.

Please bump this thread so that more may see it.

Thanks much,

Walt

Thanks Bobbi! I had not seen the thread yet, seems I was working hard on some Pampered Piggies (wink)

Wally is spot on. I am very excited about the new site, with the ability to add more content.

Monday night's show was excellent! Renagade shared a lot of good info, including her 3ft rule (listen to archives to find out all about it Smile )

Next month we have several more guests lined up, Pieper of Bonanzle, and John Lawson of ColderICE.com just to name a couple.

Wally and I are truly dedicated to bringing as much value as possible to you, who take time out of your schedule to tune in, listen and share!

And once again, thank you Bobbi for posting this. You are always on top of things.

Phaedra

No problem at all Phaedra, always a pleasure.

Another e-commerce article with a good spot on Bonanzle found here:

"Kolenda sets himself apart from the competition by both marketing his own site as well as his auctioneer presence. Just recently he hosted a live auction on Bonanzle, an alternative selling venue that doesn't even offer auction-style listings. These auctions are live, real-time auctions that are broadcast over the Talkshoe network, with items available for preview on the Bonanzle Web site prior to bidding. Buyers can bid live in a chat room in Kolenda's booth on Bonanzle.

Live chat bids enable buyers to see exactly where the bidding is at and who the other bidders are, just like a real auction. Citing the somewhat unexpected success of the Bonanzle auction, Kolenda said right now the key to operating a successful online antique business is being creative and taking advantage of all possible opportunities to keep your online sales going strong...."

DISCLAIMER 3/1/2009 - For reasons unknown the entire Bonanzle thread was hacked at PSU.com (We think it is because we are so unique). Please read the following thread knowing large portion of posts made by Bill and I were edited (by someone) to shine Bonanzle in a negative light. It also appears that there were several other posts by our members that were edited as well. So please sit back and enjoy the show and if you see something that does not make sense, it is because we did not write it Smile
