I didn't see your post! Sowwie!!

Deadline was November 11th - but I can hold it off until Monday if you'd
like to give them a few more days before the doors are locked ...
it won't take me that long for my son to pull out names and associating
them --- will send you the list once it's all sorted out so you'll know who's
got who ...

PostPosted: Sat Nov 12, 2005 10:40 pm Post subject:  Re: PSU 1st Annual White Envelope Christmas #53 Back to top

(I got your PM Dee - please read yours)

ONCE again for those who missed it.

PSU 1st Annual White Envelope Christmas
A Christmas Card sent with a 37 cent stamp with
an item $5.00 max

It is only to ONE person - like a Secret Santa.

Once the list has been completed, my son will draw names,
and they will be matched ...

I will send an email AND PM - of the person you will be sending
the card and Item to. Be sure to put your USER ID on the card!

And mark on the envelope on the lower left bottom PSU or PowerSellersUnite - so once the receiver
obtains the card ...

DO NOT OPEN IT YET!!!

November 11th was the deadline - but I have extended it, until
Monday, November 14th.

So far we have NO INTERNATIONAL FOLKS ... so will eliminate
that part.

US & CANADA --- Please have the card mailed ON or BEFORE
December 2nd to allow the card to reach the destination.

ON DECEMBER 12TH at 9:30 Eastern Standard Time
(8:30 Central, 7:30 Mountain, 6:30 Pacific)

PSUNITE will have a new room/location - where we can then
reveal whom gave whom.

You can see the original first page of this topic for specifics...

IT'S FUN! IT'S WHACKY! AND HILARIOUS!

Just for sake of being "nice" - Please no condoms, Ex-Lax, or
anything that is embarassing of nature... While you might
consider it a joke, some people are offended by this sort.
Like Emeril Lagasse would say, "Keep it "G" Folks!"

If you're sending a GIFT CARD- such as Restaurant - like Olive
Garden ... PLEASE go to the restuarant's website and see if
there is one available in that area of the person you've been
selected to ... such as www.olivegarden.com, for example.
Not ALL gift cards are available everywhere, and if you're in
doubt --- you can always call your local restaurant and obtain
the toll free number for out of State info. (Same applies for
Best Buy, Wal*Mart, Home Depot, etc)

Realize not everyone lives in Metro area and some such places
can be 2/3 hour drive away!

You can send gifts inside of a Christmas Card - such as
Mini-Calendars, Bookmarks, an old coin in holder that is valued
at $5.00, Handmade item that's worth $5.00 minimum, to give you an idea. JUST NO USED STUFF (exceptions of coins or stamps)

NOW - While we try to keep it with a 37 cent postage, I have
received some PM's from people who wanted to mail a CD,
Holiday Music, Oldies Music - brand new - this will be permissionable,
since it will only be an extra postage...

The thing here is - keeping it CHEAP and having fun!

The Maximum of the Gift is $5.00

Your name & info is NOT given or sold to anyone. Your email address
is only needed by ME ... so I may alert YOU via email and PM whom
your party is and this way you will be able to obtain MY email address
for any questions or correspondence.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE IN THIS PROGRAM AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED
YOUR PSU CHRISTMAS ENVELOPE by December 7th .... PLEASE email ME and PSUnite (he will get a copy of the entire list too) ... and we will NOTIFY the party immediately, and we can then get some info - if
they had sent it or not, and if so --- when?

KEEP IT FIRST CLASS MAIL - as it takes approximately 3/4
days for First Class Mail to reach to the destination!

It's not all that difficult and it's fun!

I've done this for quite awhile at a Yahoogroups that I owned for a
very long time ... at one time we nearly toppled at 400+ people in it!
Laughing I dunno how I survived getting everyone co-ordinated.

I am here and my brains about 50 lightyears from earth.

If you want to be a part - send me a PM with your name, address,
city, state & zip code and email address - ASAP!

On Tuesday - my son will draw out names and they get "assigned" - I will
send you an email & PM - with the party you are assigned to.

A copy of the list will be in my files and will be sent to PSUnite.

(NO - I don't know who gets who, heck, I don't even know anything -
there will be no "favorites" - no "priority" selections - names drawn
clean out of the Antique Magic Bag (YES - I'm a Magician) that I have...
So no worries, you won't end up getting yourself! Laughing)

Everyone's to send the cards out before or on December 2nd,
and if you have not received your card by December 7th - please
send me an email or send me a PM message to let me know or
PSUnite know .. and we will get in touch with the party who's
been assigned to you to find out if they mailed it out yet.

Hope I'm making sense here ... meanwhile, let me boldly go no
where mankind has gone before to obtain my brain who is persistant
on running away from me! Very Happy
