I do wish there was a way to leave feedback for buyers.

Buyers dont have to register at ecrater so there is no way to leave feedback for a buyer. I wish there was no feedback there at all as it reminds me of ebay.

I've decided that feedback is 'relative' - meaning it's the goal at ebaY - more important than income for some, and non-important at most other sites!!

eCrater is set up to provide users a store. As such, the feedback is completely 'optional', and I understand a reminder is sent to buyers at about 2 weeks post sale. Beyond that, dunno much!

I have one - and I wanted to respond ... sort of ... but - really no big deal. The buyer was thrilled with the item and the service, just wished I offered more than Paypal... Of course, I do - and of course it's in each listing and also on my store, about me, payment terms, etc. but - what's a gal to do!!

Yahoo has taught me that buyers don't leave feedback hardly ever. I've sold 3-4 times more than what feedback I have. So - to me, it's relative!! Hope this makes sense - always feel like I'm chatting in circles... 8)

Erin that's my experience also, most don't leave fb, even at feebay. Think I have about 1000 fb with probably well over 3000 or more sales. I just get a bit turned off when a buyer is satisfied with the product & service and then Zings at the end of her comment in fb, with no cause in my book. Subject at hand is covered pretty thoroughly in my FAQ and of course, I offer refunds but not good enough apparently. In other words she loved the item, didn't want a refund, just wanted to zing. Sort of unfair I think. Not losing sleep over it tho.

I hear ya, I hear ya - - - I'm all for feeback....if it's constructive and real - unnecessary 'stuff' is just pointless! I think tho - intelligent folks will quickly realize that each party in a transaction has their own frame of reference, and thus - you'll 'see' things that just don't jive!!! :D :D

I will say that since I stopped ebaY a long while ago, my experience then was most transactions resulted in feedback. It seems there's a ton of new folks, who most likely don't know what it is - I didn't when I started!!! 8)
