I was showing my Mom the Ecrater site when she pointed out that she wouldn't be able to shop there because of the hard to read font. She's right! It is so difficult to see because of the tiny light gray font with little contrast. I knew there was a reason I didn't stay on the site long before I felt the urge to exit out - eye pain!
I was going to list some things at a store I just registered for but it's way too painful after a few minutes.
I think there would be better sales if the print were bigger and a bit darker. |

I agree. It is probably my number one complaint about eCrater. I can live with the font size, but I wish the shading was the same as here on this forum.
I have been listing for four hours on eCrater today and everything around me is starting to look foggy. |

| Since we have been on eCrater, this seems to be the number one complaint. They refuse to admit it, let alone fix it. They also use alot of hidden hyperlink text, so most shoppers don't know where or what to click. I often wonder if it's a bandwidth problem as they want shoppers in and out in a hurry. Or, maybe they purchased the site from an online developer and can't make the changes themselves. |

There is a 'top 3' list at the site in the forum where you can suggest the top 3 items you'd like to see fixed, changed, improved, etc.
I just shared this - perhaps you can too?

| I also posted about it, too. Hope they do make it larger. But since they asked for 3 things you'd like to see improved, maybe they will. However, even though the font is small, I still like eCrater. There is a wealth of information there and the folks are all very nice, warm and helpful. |

Yep, the font is horrible. My mother gave up on looking at my store in less than 3 minutes - said it gave her a headache.
I've actually stopped listing anything on ecrater - nothing is selling so, at the moment, it's a bit of a waste of time :-( |
