I got an email from Google Checkout that the eCrater site has problems with their security certificates and they cannot process orders. I tried going to the eCrater forum, but it will not take my username and pass. It seems that it requires a different ID/pass than the main site, but I didn't see where to sign up for a few account. Has anybody experience this problem?
Thank you! |

That is strange because I get an order or 2 every week processed thru GC from the eC site. I have one here right now that came thru on 2/22.

Hi kiwigirl,
there's a thread on the ecrater forums about this with a post from admin, I think the issue is taken care of.
Here's the thread:

Hope this helps.

Thank you. I just got this notice last night, so I beleive the problem is still there.
How do you join the eCrater forum? It seems to require a different ID/password but I can't find the place to register.. |

Hi again kiwi,
you do have to sign into the forum and your store administration separately, but I think it is the same user name and password, at least mine is the same.
Go to the ecrater.com home page and then go to Community at the top left, there you will see a log-in link at the top, go there and try logging in with your store user name and password and see if it works, it should, if it doesn't, you might have to email admin to find out what to do. good luck!
later,
dancing
edited to add,
I do think your google issue is what is being discussed in the thread, admin posted this am. |

| I agree with dancing - you have to join the forum and 'log in' to post/read, but you can use the same information as the site...(I do to )!!! |
