I contacted Dimitri about 3:30 MST time to make him aware of the site being down.
He said he would email me back.
I never received an email from him.
I called again and left a voice message for him about 7:10 MST time.
I will post anything I here in this thread.
KEEPING this thread to updates only will save everyone from hunting within the ecrater down? thread.
So please do NOT post in this thread unless you have an update. |

| Well I just got in my e-Crater store, could view my items, but couldn't view through my images. Now I can't get back in. So hopefully this means they are working on it. |

I've gotten in about 10 times in a row now from different places I have linked to my store.

The site was 'up' earlier - all systems functioning (from my area), and now it's back down.
There was a post I saw today that suggested there may be issues with the DC (data center) that is hosting the servers for eCrater.
I'm certain they are working on it.... :wink:
I've not seen eCrater down 'ever' before either - so this is a first! |

Yes this is a first for me too. I was always happy that ecrater didn't go down when so many other sites seemed to be going down on a daily basis. Well, I guess we have to give them this one time. I wish it would come back up though as I want to check out my sites.

The site was up when I went to bed. It's NOT up now. I have again contacted Dimitri and left a message.
Dimitri had posted on the site late last night that ht thought it might be a switch or plug in - I have no clue what this all means.
Hopefully it will get fixed asap. |

I have not been able to log into ecrater or simply get to the site since around 8:00 PM last night. It's now 11:24 am EST Thrusday and I still can't get to the site.
Let's hope that the problem get's resolved today. |

justgreat - You must have a lucky touch. I still can't get in.
Then again maybe you don't have a lucky touch as I have only had this problem since yesterday.
The emails and phone calls I have been receiving just started yesterday. So if you have been having issues for 3 days now - hhhmmm that's just weord. |

I'm in central Illinois and I still can't get in so hopefully it will be coming my way. I could get in until late in the afternoon yesterday. Maybe it's different in different areas.
