Are you having any problems with your XCOIN account?
I for one have had no response to any questions I ask them through online form.
Anyone have issues with them lately? :?: |

| I've never heard of it. Has it gone insolvent? Might be something to check on. |

It was one of the wannabe's that had actual venue approval ,being on overstock and online auction
I joined , but despite offering as an option no one bothered to use it
Someone on PSU complained about it
then tried to contact them and nada |

I told them about the outrage they are getting. I also included a link to PSU.
Cheers

Well........I'm removing them as a service
When I have excellent and more popular services such as Moneybookers & Interac then I don't really need them taking up realestate on my sites.
I need room for Googlecheckout in the future anyway
I gave them a shot |

I got this reply from Xcoin:
"Dear Robert,
Our normal processing time for new accounts is 3 to 5 business days.
Our accounting office moved to a new and larger facility on the first of the month and that has caused a disruption in our work flow. Currently there is a several day backlog but they are doing their best to get current.
Thank you for your feedback,
Carol Meyers
