I don't bother with BV any longer but perhaps they're undergoing some sort of upgrade to the site.
I've good & bad things about BV and personally only sold 1 item over there in about 18 of listing items
Give it a day or 2 and perhaps it might come back online for you, otherwise, move on............ |

| :P Maybe they are going to finally try to make it a real auction site competitor. Has to be good news with yahoo closing in 5 more days... I think there will be a flood of sellers moving there. |

| No they're not open, you can see the forums but if you click to go in one it's closed. |

| Maybe they finally got smart and closed it before the posse could chase off the new sellers from Yahoo. |

Figure they got tired of all the people not being able to read what each forum was for , and continually answering questions about the forums or trying to edit them..
There is a lot of good help to be had on the boards, so it's a shame they have closed for now and with newbies coming to the site, it's not a time to shut down the message boards.
But maybe the transition has started :?:
"YOU HAVE TO AC-CENT-TCHU-ATE THE POSITIVE
ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE,
LATCH ON TO THE AFFIRMATIVE,
AND DON'T MESS WITH MISTER IN BETWEEN." |

Oh, yeah.. The transition has started alright
Maybe they got tired of some members telling other members where to post? |

| I strongly recommend that anyone who doesn't want to re-do their auction descriptions make copies now. |

No message for all users. We had to contact them. They should try using the announcement forum. It would be more polite.
Some users are leaving because the forum shut down, not knowing if they will open again or not.
Why make copies of our descriptions? |

No forums...
Let the chatters go to a chat room. Bidville is supposed to be an auction site. I'd really like to see it grow into one. |
