On Wednesday, I tried to upload a picture and got a message: "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator." I tried to contact the administrator and got the same message.
I waited 24 hours and tried again. Same thing.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know what's going on? |

Keep an eye on the picture type, size and filename you are trying to upload. Sometimes when we attempt to upload a picture, we do it in a hurry and don't realize that the name, type, or size is unacceptable. Then when we do it again changing something it works.
I can't explain why you had this problem or if this was the case for you. Sometimes the system hiccups and burps and you see this type of error that goes away by itself (seemingly).

You're right.
The first time I tried, a few weeks ago, the system wouldn't take the pictures but didn't tell me why. When I noticed they were too big and reduced the size it worked OK. |

that's not the problem i'm having, my pictures are the same size they always were. i'm just getting the ole generic msg of "we cannot fulfil yer request at this time..."

OH! i was SO excited this AM--got onto BV & managed to u/l my picture at last! i filled in the "sell" form...with trembling fingers i hit the "submit" button, &...
...the usual came up...
