Paypal sucks, I AGREE Stop bitching and start suing!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2004 i sued paypal AND WON!!!!! iT IS EASY. I bring this all up now for the sole fact that im a idiot and tried using paypal to pay someone and got screwed again. I was then told when i called paypal that i should sue again. What crap. This company is BOGUS And if you need legal help and or advice on how to sue paypal contact me and i will help you!!!!!! THIS IS ALL FREE. I AM NOT CHARGING THIS IS NOT A SCAM. I AM SICK OF EVERYONE ****ING SAYING PAYPAL RIPPED THEM OFF AND THEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!! I DID I SUED AND WON!!!!! AND YOU CAN TO. As many people know about me at one time(2003) i ran one of the largest ebay selling compines in the world with close to 125000 auctions running at one time. At the end of 2003 i gave up my ebay empire due to rising costs and scammers.

After close to three weeks of me not selling i ended up selling a used computer. And boom after 15 months of using paypal my account was locked. I thought what the hell. Pay pal locked my first account due to what they call "questionable business activity" What does that mean in normal terms?nothing!!!!

In 2004 i was forced to mail paypal all of my personal information confirmed my social security number etc etc. In all of this i provided paypal with all of my information and they in turn in leymans terms said to bad we are keeping your money for 180 days.. I had close to $2900.00 in my paypal account at the time.

After 70 phone calls and close to 500 emails to paypal they refused to release my money. Even though it was deemed illegal by a federal judge that there useragreement was thrown out of court. Paypal kept saying we have the right to keep your money in accordance to our useragreement.

I in turn contacted the attorney who handled the class action lawsuit (combs vs paypal) and i was given some advice. Sue Sue sue. And that is just what i did.

In 2004 i took paypal to small claims court IN MY TOWN and i won close to $4000.00 in damages. Paypal sent me a check with a agreement that i could not speak about this matter.(of course i laughed and never signed it) Cashed my check and i was on my way in life thinking paypal was a way of the past.

Now lets fast foreward to 2007. I met this great girl and she made a comment about a gift she wanted. No biggie i figure. So this site accepted paypal only. I thought on well might as well use them to buy something right? WRONG BAD MOVE!!!!!!

So just today alone i sold a laptop on ebay. (Note i have perfect 100% feedback) Buyer paid me for the laptop and i shipped his item. I then in turn go on to dump $135.00 on shoes using paypal and transfer the rest of the money to my bank account. Everything is good right? NOT WITH PAYPAL.

Tonight i sign onto my paypal looking to see if my monies were transfered and i see this.

In laymans terms this means the following. Paypal not only kept the 500 bucks or so that i currentley in my account But they also felt the need to stop all payments on the items i bought? In turn not only ripping me off but also locking all of the accounts i sent money to that i bought items from. Is this fair or legal????? NO IT IS NOT LEGAL!!!!

Paypal kept my money and the money of the people i am trying to pay. As it turns out all but one item seems to have been shipped. Meaning paypal committed fraud and deceptive business practices in turn holding me criminaly responsible if any of there people i bought off of were to file criminal charges against me. GOOD JOB PAYPAL!!!!

So i called paypal tonight and in turn i was told i am a fraud risk? What you got to be kidding me right. The lady then says to me "perhaps i shall try suing again" Basicley stating that they locked my account just to **** me over for making paypal look like ****s in court.

Once again i am going to sue paypal and this time i am going to write a book on how to sue paypal and how i sued them one time and won. If you do business with paypal dont think i am the only one having this problem. I have included a few links below for you to check out the sites that know all to well about paypal.

so what? i was part of one of the paypal class action lawsuits and I WON TOO! a big fat $13. sheesh.

I think what they did to you was terrible.
Still don't understand why they have to hold
on to money for that long.
180 (6 months)!!

Why? In the mean time what do they do for
those 6 months??

So with ALL the accounts that PP has locked up...
I wonder what the grand total in dollars & cents adds up to?

Lets just take a guess..... and use the amount: $100,000.00
I am sure that is a LOW amount... Probably some where in the millions...
But what would the INTEREST that PP would gain in a single day on $100,000.00?

And people wonder why PP likes to lock accounts.

they dont even hafta lock accounts--they can make tons of money on the interest paid on one-day turnaround financial instruments. banks have been doing this forever. THAT is why they hold yer money in an "account".
