i know this isnt exactly on-topic, but when did that ever worry us?

does anybody know of any offline payment systems similar to CCs? my best friend's CC company is refusing to pay fer something...her only alternative is a check or MO, but she would like something faster...

Debit Cards issued by credit card services such as Visa

Bank Debit Cards (very popular in Canada)

Also special ATM Cards, if you want I can send you a refferal link , just PM me one of your backup e-mails and I will send you the info 8)

What about one of those "pre-paid" cards that you can get at Wally world or just about anywhere ?? Would something like that work ?

Western Union (I know, bad rep) is another option as long as it's between people that actually know each other.
