| Well Ubid and BV have the license for the patent for buy it now, which the courts are ruling against Ebay on. If only the put an injunction on Ebay, but either way it could benefit BV if it causes more people to flee if that service gets taken down, or better yet if it forces Ebay to jack up their fees. | Here's the link to Ubid and the patents, I'd venture to say it's safe to say they have them licensed for BV too. http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y05/m03/i16/s00 You can also go to MercExchange's web site and it will list Ubid. |
