I just looked at Bidvilles Category listings and it showed under postcards that they had a total of 269 auctions running...Very odd since I have 270 postcard auctions running now.. I know that I'm not the only postcard seller here.

I just did a search under advanced search and got this...
Search result ....
More than 1000 auctions were found for: "postcard"
The first 1000 will be displayed here. We suggest you narrow your search by refining your keywords.
And in this it is showing the stores, which I have a lot of postcards listed in my store, and a few in auctions...
So not sure what you did to get that little answer. |

Good Morning Joan,
I went to the home page and on the right side clicked on Categories / Postcards and that's what showed around 9pm est last night.. I went in there now 8am Friday and this is what comes up...It's like someone at Bidville seen my post and fixed the numbers...I know you have a lot of cards running and my wife has around 200 postcards in her auction...It just boggled my mind when I seen that... here's the new list..much better now..

Now that's interesting, when searching for something I really never go to the catagory but use the green search feature in advanced, so that it shows up any thing listed on the site.
This way if I'm not sure of where to put an item this gives me an idea of the places people do put them..
But I guess I would go to catagory if just browsing thru types of items I like to buy...
But one thing is clear there are a ton of post cards listed..
By the way I just automatically when I started listing them did the title as Post Card, just like the back of a card will say...
NADA, discovered search would not pick them up with space...Edited them to Postcard and bingo all came up...
Got to get it just right in keywords to make them show up...
By the way you have some really nice postcards... |
