http://biz.yahoo.com/seekingalpha/070822/45270_id.html?.v=1 You gotta love the following quote from it " I don’t understand the Company’s plan for the Bidville asset as well. I’d think that if the company’s employees devoted even 5-10% of their time to working on sprucing up/improving Bidville, the UBid.com site would not suffer, but it would do wonders at Bidville and further build up that asset than allowing it to wither on the vine"

Thank you for the link to this excellent article. Let's just hope that UBid will listen to reason and start putting more energy into Bidville. It will apparently take pressure from somewhere to get them moving.

I Don't Put The Blame On Current Mgmt. At All. It Rest's Solely On The Shareholders(the very person who wrote this letter and his cronies). Obviously, "Mgmt" Is Not Going To Do What's Neccessary To Make Ubid Holdings, INCLUDING Bidville What It Truly Is Capable Of Being - A True Force In E-Commerce. It Will Continually Languish As An "Also Ran". I Could Say The Same Thing About The 800 Lb. Gorrilla That Is Ebay, Content To LANGUISH @ A Mere 350 Million Per Qtr. When, In Fact, With Effective Mgmt. That Stock Price Would Easily Double - Me Thinks They All Are Running On Fear Of Losing Market Share (Wall Street), Inhibiting Them All From Becoming What They Truly Are Capable Of. I Salivate Like Pavlov's Dog At The Possibilities.

Thanks for that, Plan B. You may be right. In either case, let's hope someone, shareholders or management, will wake up to the possibilities. I know so many who are down on Fee Bay. Don't know whay they don't seize the opportunity.

They're Also Running On GREED. Remember, Mgmt. Is Still Getting Their Salary And Stock Options. Basicaly - "I've Got Mine", To HE$$ W/ You!

I think that's the main point...is that the shareholders are getting restless and directing management and the board of directors to not sit idle and to be more proactive. I'd be curious to see what their answer is to the Bidville question posed.
