PayPal is offering anyone who makes a purchase using eBay Mobile and pays with their PayPal account a chance to win $10,000 and an iPhone. The promotion is designed to inform users that they can bid, buy, and pay for eBay items on eBay Mobile's new site (m.ebay.com) and use PayPal to pay for the items from their mobile phone.
