Does Craiglist allow online e-commerce sites? I have been told that it does not unless you have a physical location.

Assuming someone has a physical location (storefront, warehouse),
they can post local ads for multiple items.

This doesn't mean you can link to a website that lists
multiple items that are available for sale at your physical
location.

A couple of "rules" from craigslist's TOS

7. CONDUCT

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

m) that includes links to commercial services or web sites, except as allowed
in "services";

w) post the same item or service in more than one classified category or
forum, or in more than one metropolitan area;
