Google announced a new tab on its Checkout payment service to help merchants find features. Under the Tools tab, users can find Buy Now Buttons, Email Invoices, Coupons and Integration Console, all formerly found under the Settings tab. Google said Preferences and Financial Information will stay under the Settings tab.

Definitely a nice cleanup!
By converting credit card and PayPal sales Google generated some attractive savings for me this quarter. So every improvement is welcome.
And I don't think cost will go up much next year because of credit applied to Adwords campaigns.
But even at 2% it is very attractive against out of country card card processing where cost is quite often in the 6% range.
