If anyone knows where I could find some Full Length Rock vinyl Records online, please let me know. Or better yet, if you now someone selling them, please have them list them on my site (I will set them up to sell for free!), and I can guarantee I will buy some!
I like all rock bands, from the beatles to new stuff like Disturbed! |

If you have a Half-Price Books near you, they are a good source for used vinyl. I know there are at least 3 in the Milwaukee area if you ever get down there.

Thank You Carol.
I don't think we have one here, but Milwaukee isn't far! :) |

The locations in the Milwaukee area are
1 - a really big store on the North side on Brown Deer Rd (Hwy 100) at about 8400 west. Just west of the old Northridge.
2 - a decent sized store in a strip mall just north of Southridge in Greenfield on the south side.
3 - a store on West Bluemound Rd west of the Brookfield Square shopping center.
I know Madison has at least 1 store too, near the East Town shopping center right on 151. I pass it every time I go to sell in Madison.
I know on-line would be more convienient, but you never know what you will find at these stores. I've gotten several CDs that I didn't want to pay full price for just by looking a few times.

| Best bet is to hit garage sales and flea markets. There's a guy here in this town who must have 30,000 LPs of all types, he used to buy them a dime each. When eBay was hopping for that sort of thing I made a good buck out of there. And I found several rare records I kept for myself - |

Another great soure would be Friends of the Library Sales....Most towns have a Friends of the Library. They take the donated books and records and sell them to make money to buy new ones. Here in Spartanburg they have thousands of vynels....they generally are open one day a week during from March until November and then on top of the one day a week they have about 4 huge sells....They sell them for .50 each but one of the sales is 1.00 per foot....can't beat that one.

I just gave all mine away. I must've had a stack about 4 feet tall. Probably a few hundred sixties LP's. The only one I kept was The Grateful Dead(their 1st album). There was a lot of wierd stuff too, like lots of russian folk music.
I figured mailing them would be a pain, so I never tried to sell them. Oh well. |
