| Does anyone have a *phone number* for customer support for Bidville? The contact us just leads you to an email form that says due to volume, it may be 48 hours until you receive a reply. I need help sooner than that. Thanks! |

You might give UBid a try. Their listed number is: (217) 554-2900
I don't think there is a number to Bidville. There would be nobody to answer the phone if they did... :D |

| AAARGH. Sounds a lot like ebay's tactics. Bidville loos so much like a clone of ebay and so far my experience has been worse than ebay. Forgive my ignorance, but since the UBid merger, what has been going on at Bidville (briefly)? Is it even worth my time to spread out there? I'm already on 5 other sites including the biggobay. With the shortage of buyers, is Bidville even worth it? Thanks for any advice you care to share. |
