Hello friends. I'm glad I found this site! It was posted over on Auctiva. For awhile now I have been trying to get my off-eBay online store up and running. I tried osCommerce and Zencart and I tell ya.. they seem great but I just don't have the time to learn to debug all that and modify and such.
I'm looking for something a bit easier and well......this PSU solution might be it.
However, I couldn't find a direct answer to my question so hopefully you have not been beaten over the head with this one.
I currently go through iPower Hosting. I have my domain name registered through them and such. Would I have to switch my hosting to PSU? Thus shutting down my iPower account and losing all my other goodies I have going on over there? Or can I open a store here and have my domain pointed to an IP address given or name? So if my url is typed in it is brought to this store?

Hello
We can set you up with a temporary domain so you can work on your store here while your store hosted at iPower hosting is still up. Once you are ready to move your domain over let us know so we can remove the temporary domain. To direct your domain to our site all you need to do is change the DNS settings on your domain to ours. We will send you the settings once you sign up. |

Last night I signed up for the $9.99 per month PSU Store Hosting package. I'm not sure the order went through. I have pop-ups blocked as default and during the order process, some pop-up tried to come up, and I clicked on "temp allow" but it went back to the order screen and said something was not accepted.
So when I go back to start over, it says my website is already on account here, though I have received no email and have no way of knowing if my order was accepted or not.
So I need help. Please let me know what I should do, thanks in advance.
