| This is the second time this happened to me in a weeks time...I had two different auctions close with one item each.. One auction had two winners and the other one last night had three winners for the same auction.. Buyers are up in arms declaring themselves as the winner.. I sent all the info to BV and asked them to sort it out...I don't know what to do now ??? |

Wow postman...that's a unique problem. Too many buyers!
I seem to remember something similar happening a long time ago back when the boards were still open. I'm not sure how they got it all worked out. I do wish you luck on this one. Be sure to give us an update on it because I'm sure you aren't the only one this has or will be happening too. |

| Is anyone else having a problem with multiple winners on the same auction...I have three auctios now that show two winners on each...no response from Bidville CS but a lot from my buyers... Going to call Ubid tomorrow morning..this is turning out to be a very serious problem for me... Just a thought..This problem started after I started using the bulk loader.... |

Hey postman. Been using the bulkloader for quite some time. Never had a problem with multiple winners on the same auction. It's got to be a glitch on bv's end. Good luck with CS, maybe someone will be along shortly with a similar problem and what the remedy was. I must say I have noticed a lot more traffic lately on my auctions maybe the server is getting overloaded?
