Howdy! I've been on Bidville for YEARS, but stopped going there for awhile. Now I'm back on there, mainly as a buyer, and I've come across something odd.
When I do a "Take It Now" = it says I'm the winner of the auction, but then the auction is still active for 8 minutes. What's up with that?!?!?
Also, I changed my account preferences to get all emails from BidVille, yet I don't get any. Just when the seller sends me an invoice. I really would prefer to get emails when I win an auction, so that I remember to get right in there and pay. :) Any ideas why this isn't working? Is it a BidVille glitch thing?
I'm going to keep shopping there no matter what, because I want to support all the eBay refugees, and just a non-eBay company in general. It's exciting to see more sellers accepting RME. I'm going to see if I can get a seller right now to sign up for it, since I just bought a few things and would LOVE to use my "free" money. ;)
Thanks for any help!

8 minutes is the norm, even on Feebay. If you bought, then another buyer comes in 6 minutes later, it will show 0 available. There is an 8 minute completion lapse, why? I do not know, but all is okay.
I just did it yesterday on Feebay, 8 minute lapse. |
