Okay. So I'm doing pretty well with BV auctions and decide to open a store. I open it last week and lo and behold I sell two items today. Now here's the questions. (1)I can't find any invoice button so I make up my own and send it out, no problem. I have to admit I've been busy listing so haven't had much time to check the store options. I can't seem to find an option to bill like I've got with auctions. If not I can live with it. Just wondering if I'm missing something? (2) I also can't seem to find an option for leaving feedback for my buyers who purchase in the store. Is this not an option with the store front? Would appreciate any info from storeowners on this subject. By the way tails if you read this your right I really like the store setup.
Thanks all Frank Z. :D

No invoicing for stores.. use e-mail.
Feedback, all options can be found in My BidVille(Top-Middle on your screen in BidVille).

I have my own invoicing and when I get a store sale, I take the info of what sold and customers name and e mail info etc etc.
Then do go to the post sale at store and get their address, then just ask them to confirm the address and send all the totals of the invoice to them.

It's a bit slower but works well for me.

BRAVO on the sales.

Morning Joan, thanks for the info. I'm working on an invoice for BV as we speak and will take your advice on billing and address confirmation. Hope you are seeing an increase in sales also. Frank

I do the same as Joan. I have a invoice saved as a draft in my Yahoo mail account. When a sale happens, I just copy and paste the necessary things into the draft and send it out.

I could send you a copy of the invoice I use if your interested.

Sales were great in March. Even with the downtime, I set a personal record for 1 month.

Yep Tails, I have AOL so am able to make an invoice in the signatures, and I just click on that and up comes my invoice, then paste the info on the auction or store below and I'm set to go, plug in prices and shipping and off and running.
Usually have multi sales so this works so well.
And I do it in a way that the customer can click on any auction they won, in the invoice to see for sure what they did buy.

I'm with Tails if you want a copy of my way of invoicing be glad to pass it along.
I also print this invoice and give the customer a copy in with the item/items they are buying.

Hey Tails & Joan. I sure would be interested in seeing a copy of your invoices. I just cobbled something together quick to send out. Thank you both for the offer. My email address is usil51@verizon.net It does seem like BV is picking up sold two more cards this week (one a jersey card one an auto). Thanks again to both of you you've been a great help since I joined PSU

Just sent you a copy of mine.

Another thing that helps is to add every customer to a address book and once in a while send out something letting them know you've added new things. I will be getting my 1,000th store order soon and I will be sending someone a nice gift certificate to be used in my store.

I think I am going to do something like that for every 50th or 100th order. Have'nt got it all figured out yet.

Thanks Tails. Just received it. Will definitely use some of it in my invoice if you don't mind. Great idea to leave a link on the page to your store. I would never have thought of it. Frank
