Morning

for almost a week now I've been emailing BV trying to tell them I cant update my CC, if there is no link

I go to profile and theres no link to update just says not on file
I know its been awhile since I listed anything there but this is ridiculous
am I missing something where the heck do you update your card now?

I've updated my CC before in past and it was if I remember correctly , in the view profile at the bottom

Hi Dori,

Go to "my bidville"
Then "View/Edit My personal information"

at the bottom there is a place to click to update your credit card.

hi thanks I already did that there is no link just this :

Credit Card Not on file
Expiration Not on file

thats why i've been emailing BV theres no link to update
I keep emailing that the link in my profile to update is gone
it should be the add cc at the bottom but it isnt just what is written above

Wow, that's messed up. I don't think you will hear from customer service anytime soon. They seem to have taken an eternal coffee break. I've been waiting to hear back since last month on a billing issue. You might want to give ubid a call 1-800-317-7995

They were able to help out a couple of times when things came up.

Yup already tried that twice this week calling that ubid # they told me I have to email CS at BV
why I have to update my cc is beyond me it doesnt expire until 2010
and there is $ on it I updated it last yr no problem so this is bizzare
guess BV is still the same old no where to be found site / cs

Hopefully the coming new owners :?: will fix most wrongs. It surely cant be owned by ubid much longer, as they do nothing for that site.

I Give up ,

BV just emailed again telling me all about adding CC or i will be suspended in 3 days what a bunch of yahoos

I just sent yet another email back " yeah like it will really be read"


Re: my last email to ghost town if this cant get straightened out I guess im suspended I've had it with them aaahhhh :evil:



I have emailed a few times now I CAN NOT update credit card THERE is NO link in the view/update profile - there is NOWHERE for me to put it in
all thats at the bottom there is this ->
Credit Card :Not on file
Expiration:Not on file

NO links , where is customer service ? I used to be able to call BV
I tried calling Ubid # and they said to email CS all I keep getting is automated emails saying to add Credit card I KNOW THAT I CANT WITH NO LINK !!!!!
