| One of my buyers just told me that they can't purchase from my store since yesterday..getting the error message "unable to complete". Is anyone one else being alerted from their buyers that things are not working or could it be that my buyer is doing something wrong... |

Hey Postman. Haven't gotten any messages like that. Just checked out your store and took one of your items to the confirm order screen with no problems. Did they get to that point or did it occur at the start of the order?

I just got a store confirmation on purchases.
See no problem, next question is this a normal buyer or a newbie for you.That could be the hang up and they may not even be signed onto Bidville too.
