| If no luck over at BV, try onlineauction.com. It seems sportscards sell rather well over there. |

I might suggest being as gallery is free in the store, that if you put pictures in the store items, it could get you a few more sales.
Sales are good if you plug yourself and pictures are worth a 1000 words.
Just my take on it. |

| Doesn't hurt to add more since it is free. Just keep working on it. The sales will come. |

Sportscards still sell great at Bidville.
First thing to do is step back and look at your store as a buyer and not a seller. Are your cards easily identifiable? Are they easy to find? Do I have to search for your policies?
I took a look and can offer these suggestions.
1. Pictures. Probably the most important thing.
2. You have the ability to make up your own categories and I suggest you do this instead of lumping all cards into one catgory. Again, think of the buyer. Would the buyer rather walk into a store and sort through a box of cards looking for 1 or 2 that he wants or be able to go to a box that has only what he is looking for.
3. Put your polices on the item page. Don't make the buyer go in search of them.
4. Add team name to all your listings. It will attract another part of the population.
5. Do you accept Paypal? If you do, this needs to be on the item page. Many buyers will back right out if they don't see that option.
Really, you need to make the experience and simple as possible for the buyer which in turn means a little more work for the seller. |

Hi kt. Just took a quick look at your store. You might want to change the dark blue color I found it kinda blends in with the descriptions. Also you might want to put in some more pictures most people like getting a look at the card. I know it's a lot of work but it does help. Good luck and welcome to BV.

Store looks a ton better than before with pictures and indexing out the items.
I got to agree the dark blue in the titles of each item does kill the seeing what it says.
I might suggest a lot of key words in your description, which can help in google searching.
Just a thought.
Looking good!!!! |

Now thats odd, cause I'm using the dark blue same as you are in my left side, but my every other colors in each items is yellow. Did it a long time ago, so just checked and agree I have no idea how to change your items color to something else, but sure there is a way.

To change your colors:
Go to your manage store page. Along the top will be a tab titled a EDIT STORE. Click that and then there will be a tab titled COLOR THEME. Click that and there you go.
For Paypal. Bidville does not have a direct link to paypal, so you'll just have to let buyers know that you accept it and when you make a sale, give them your paypal address in your invoice.
Make sure that that is plainly stated on your item page. |

| i haven't tried onlineauction.com but just sent 350 cards to checkoutmycards.com. they photo both sides, look up book value, you supply the asking price, costs .20 cents to list forever and a day, pay 20 percent when taking out cash but can buy other cards or pay fees and not pay commissions on that to lower that 20 percent. its been going since january 2007 and seems to be selling and growing quite nicely. costs the same or less then ebay and they do all the work, collect the money, ship the cards, the whole works, i couldn't be happier but then i'am a happy guy. |
