I guess they have iced the cake! Click any auction on Bidville and NOTHING comes up.
Sad sack of garbage.

Grey, yeah like viewit said, the main page is the same as usual, it was different years ago, but they did update it awhile ago.

I can get into bidville now, but not sure if the whole site is working properly.

Wanna hear something funny? I just sold 2 items there, so someone got in. I never usually sell there, but someone lucked out.

It comes up fine for me and I clicked on at least 10 listings in rapid succession. It was really fast. Perhaps we can hope that uBid is spiffing the place up in hopes of selling it to someone that will finally give some good care and attention to this site at last.

a girl can dream, can't she?

Right now I am able to access it. I did email ubid and told them about their BV site, so maybe they read the email, cause I can get into it right now, not sure how long this will last. Hopefully till I can get all my items switched over to ecrater.

I don't know if it might help, but there is one listing software I can find that works with both eBay and Bidville (as well as Amazon and a couple niche sites). It MIGHT be the case that it can export to a spreadsheet or something similar, and MIGHT help grab all your listings for you. It has a 14 day free trial. I have been encouraging the owner to expand support to more sites, but so far it's not been happening. Here is a link to a review site for this software - AuctionTamer

Hi Purple, YOUR ALRIGHT, thanks for helping. Anyhow, the thing I am doing over at Bidville, is copying each Listings along with the description and Photos and bringing them over to ecrater. I have done this with blujay too. It took me just about a year to set up my blujay store. Bidville stores most of my photos for me, since I have over 4900 items at bidville, its alot of work, but the only thing I can figure when I am opening different stores. Thanks so much for your concern, appreciate that.

jcut92 - I just searched your "name" you list jewelry - AuctionTamer works with Futuryo and JustBeads - might work for you, and might give you more time for copy and paste. I'm just hoping AuctionTamer will grab the photos for you too.

Another suggestion: As you open each bv item page, the photos are downloaded to your computer and put in the temp files, you could right click and save them, or save page as html to a folder on your computer (the photos would be saved to a subfolder tagged with the name of the item. That might save a BUNCH of time. Then you can open those pages later and copy paste them to wherever. Open bunches of items in new tabs, and as each completes, save as html complete.
