I have been an ebay Power Seller for about 5 years and i am putting a exit plan in place before ebay forces me out as well.

I currently have a domain registered and hosted with GoDaddy. I have had nothing but trouble from them and there store is way over priced. I tried using Mals E-commerce store but I don't have the time to do all the coding for each listing.

I am interested in moving my domain here. I have never moved my domain and I hear that it is a pain with godaddy. So i was looking for some help or if anyone has done this if they could point me in the right direction.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are two services you are talking about here. Godaddy domain name register, and godaddy hosting. It appears you want to have new hosting on another site. You simply change the IP address in the domain name control panel, and you will have your new hosting. Look under DNS editing section of the control panel. I do a lot of listing and submission work. If you need tech help listing or transfering items, I can help.
