Where did you get that info??
Because this is what I got from them.
Dear John:
You will not be refunded that amount. The prior owners of Bidville gave enhancement credits to their customers. We will not be refunding them. Sorry.

| You don't honestly think they're going to give refunds? You're one of the ones who bought those credits, aren't you? |

what about the other question I ask of you?
Yes I felt they would as per the law they have to honor what was set in place unless they go out of business altogether,,,,,,and they are not.
so they have to pay what I have spent with them, which is why I need to know what them credits were sold for.

Fee Schedule
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bidville Announces FSF (Final Success Fees); Grandfathering Current Members
In accordance with our marketing and advertising plans to position Bidville as a front runner in the e-commerce marketplace, Bidville will be changing its fee policy from Membership Fees to Final Success Fees (FSF). Please take a moment to read the following fee structures, dates, and explanations of how these changes will effect you.
Final Success Fees
Effective February 1, 2004, FSF will be charged to sellers when items listed on Bidville sell. Final Success Fees will take the place of current "membership" fees at Bidville. The new FSF structure will be as follows:
Sale Price FSF
$0.01-$25.00 5%
$25.01-$1000.00 $1.25 + 2.5% of amount over $25.00
Over $1000.00 $25.63 + 1% of amount over $1000.00
FSF will be billed on a monthly basis to the seller. If a credit card is on file with Bidville, the credit card will be charged the FSF total for that month. If a Bidville Seller does not wish to use a credit card to pay for FSF, other arrangements can be made with Customer Service by emailing them at servicenow@bidville.com.
Enhancement Fees
Enhancement Fees will remain the same prices with a few additional enhancements being added. The optional enhancements and the corresponding fee structure will be as follows:
Enhancement Fee
Bold Face Title $0.25
Highlight $0.25
Take It! FREE
Gift Center Icon $0.50
Category Feature $2.50
Homepage Feature $5.00
Banner $0.25
Photo Gallery $0.50
Premier Sellers Granfathered
Current Bidville Sellers (as of January 31, 2004) will have the option of becoming or continuing their Premier Membership plan for 3 months (paying their membership fee each month) and receiving one and a half times the credits for each month that they become (or continue) their Premier Membership. After April 30, 2004 there will be no more Premier Sellers. All members that were Premier Sellers in the prior three months will have three months (until July 31, 2004) to be Verified Sellers on Bidville. As of August 1, 2004, there will no longer be any Verified Sellers. Premier Sellers (and Verified Sellers) will NOT pay a FSF for the period February 1, 2004 thru July 31, 2004. Credits that are left over will not expire and can be used on enhancement fees. Credits can not be used on FSF.
Example:
SUPPORT is a Premier Plus Seller that pays $10 per month currently and receives $100 in credits per month.
SUPPORT will continue to pay the $10 for credits towards enhancement fees and will NOT be charged FSF for February, March, and April. SUPPORT will receive $150 per month in enhancement credits from Bidville. From May-July 31, 2004, SUPPORT will no longer pay the $10 per month and will still NOT pay any FSF.
Premier: *Pay $5/ month thru April *Receive $37.50CR/month thru April *Do NOT pay FSF thru July 31, 2004
Premier Plus: *Pay $10/month thru April *Receive $150CR/month thru April *Do NOT pay FSF thru July 31, 2004
Premier Gold: *Pay $15/month thru April *Receive $300CR/month thru April *Do NOT pay FSF thru July 31, 2004
Verified Sellers Grandfathered
Current Verified Sellers (as of January 31, 2004) will continue to be Verified Sellers until July 31, 2004. If a Verified Seller is up to renew their 6 month verification in between January 31, 2003 and July 31, 2004, they will not have to renew. ALL Verified sellers who are CURRENT Verified Sellers as of January 31, 2004 will not have to pay FSF until July 31, 2004. Each current (as of January 31, 2004) Verified Seller will receive a one time 'thank you' from Bidville of $25 in credits to be used towards enhancements. These credits will not expire and can be used for enhancements either during the 6 month Grandfathered period or after. Credits can not be used for FSF.
Example:
SUPPORT is a Verified Seller that paid $5 for 6 months of Verified Selling on Bidville in October. SUPPORT is due to pay an additional $5 to re-verify in February 2004.
SUPPORT does NOT have to pay an additional $5 in February. SUPPORT is a Verified Seller as of January 31, 2004 and therefore does NOT have to pay FSF until July 31, 2004. SUPPORT also gets $25CR on February 1, 2004 to use on enhancements for his auctions.
All Current Bidville Sellers
Current Premier Sellers or Verified Sellers may cancel their Premier or Verified status at anytime between now and January 31, 2004 to begin paying FSF as of February 1, 2004. Any current seller that chooses this option will keep any credits that they currently have, but will not be issued additional credits. These credits will not expire and can be used for enhancements. Credits can not be used for FSF. Please email Bidville Customer Service on or before January 31, 2004 if you are a current Bidville Seller that wants to start paying FSF on February 1, 2004 at servicenow@bidville.com.
Example:
SUPPORT is a Premier Member that wants to start paying FSF. SUPPORT emails CS and lets them know that he wants to be a seller that pays FSF. SUPPORT is no longer a Premier Member. SUPPORT keeps any credits that he has in his account. SUPPORT pays FSF for all of his successful auctions.
New Sellers
All new sellers that become a member of Bidville or are an existing member of Bidville, but not a Verified Seller or Premier Seller, at this time may still be "Grandfathered" under the above Verified Seller and Premier Seller terms if they become a Premier Seller or Verified Seller on or before January 31, 2004.
Example:
SUPPORT joins Bidville on January 2, 2004. SUPPORT becomes a Verified Seller. SUPPORT pays $5 for his Bidville Verified Membership. SUPPORT will receive a $25 credit to use towards enhancement fees on February 1, 2004. SUPPORT will NOT have to pay any FSF until July 31, 2004.
All new sellers that become a member of Bidville or are an existing member of Bidville and chose to sell items on or after February 1, 2004 will be charged a FSF for each item that they sell on Bidville. These charges are explained under the Final Success Fee Structure.
Example:
SUPPORT joins Bidville on February 2, 2004. SUPPORT gets his credit card verified and begins to list items for sale on Bidville. SUPPORT sells 20 widgets for $200 total. SUPPORT gets an invoice on March 1, 2004 for $10 in FSF.

JB, it was you who announced the sale of additional BV enhancement credits on the boards near the end of Parkers reign. So yeah, a lot of people got screwed and you helped Parker do it.
Earlier, several of us tried to warn members and were suspended for pointing out that BV credits were non-refundable. Credits could not be used to pay FVFs. FVFs were paid with real money, but when a FVF was refunded that real money was exchanged for funny money. This was just one of Parkers schemes for draining money from BV and its members. You say you didn't work for Parker, so why were you privy to the sale of BV credits before anyone else?
I doubt you stand a chance of getting a refund for enhancement credits that were never worth a plug nickle to begin with. And, as far as I'm concerned you don't deserve it. Consider it payment for your part in the fleecing of BV members.

Yup, I received my refund. A common sense refund for my store.
Enhancement Credits were non-refundable, if you read what you were buying or were rewarded.
Who was JB on the bidville boards, was that person involved with running bidville. Sad. |

JB, I have no idea what they cost...I never even considered buying them. I assume this is the question you wanted answered.
Further, I don't see any place in the terms that say that any fees will ever be refunded. Maybe on the stores, but again, I never opened a store there, so I don't know. |

NO I sure was NOT:}:}
some loud mouth's thinkand say I was that I did this and that but NOPE not me.
As far as I know it was just 3 or 4 of them involved with BV. They keep saying I was the one but ya no everyone has to look at how they tell their stories. The ring leader says this and that but in all reality they are talking to another of the group telling them to do this or that as it will make them look better and ya no it sure did for a while but no more. I caught onto what they were doin just the other day when I got an email from one of their friends: man was I supprised to read that email.

| LOL! I think he said he's not FullCountSports in that BV thread offering up useless BV credits to other Sellers. But, we all know that's BS. He still signs his name the same ridiculous way :} |
