Linking to websites/stores and offering to ship items
(non-local sales) are against CL's TOS.
Your postings will be flagged and deleted.
If you try to post to multiple cities your ads will be blocked on CL.
Using Google, you can post to usenet buy/sell groups and link
to your stores/websites as you please.
Usenet groups are well known and have thousands
of web hits per group each week, along with traffic from users
who access groups with newsreaders.
Usenet posts are archived and show up in Google
group searches for years. Each group also has its
own search.
