Hello,

Can anyone help me out, I'm looking for a good but FREE Ticket Support System that could be used on our web site. I have see many around but all need to be installed on our servers. Does anyone know of any that a remote hosted (Online).

Any help that could be appreciated.

Do you have access to MySQL databases? If so, I am not sure this is what you are looking for...but try here:

Thanks for the link, we do not have access to PHP that is why we are looking for hosted ticket support sites (FREE). Any other ideas?

I still have a couple of MySQL databases on my site. I will look around for hosted solutions for you, but I could possibly host the database for you. Just install it myself...or see if I can give you some kind of ftp access to do it yourself.

Thanks. :) I am having a slight problem configuring it on my pc...I use an apache server on my home pc, and can see how everything works before I put it onto my domain server. I haven't done much on it for awhile, but things are coming back to me :)

I will work on it some tonight, and then get a fresh start tomorrow. It is already driving me buggy :shock:

Please check your domain email, Electronic. I have basically set it up...you need to make categories and users. If you need some other type of program, let me know. I can try PHP Support Tickets on my domain, but it wouldn't work on my home pc with apache... so, I am a little hesitant.

I'm sorry it isn't on your url..you really need to get php and mysql. They are life savers at times. I have a database script that a friend of mine and I wrote that keeps track of all of my sales, profits, etc. It really is great. I did make a subdomain for you, at least the name of your site is somewhat exposed more that way.

About expanding my business...I am in direct competition with my supplier. Unless I change my product line or am able to get a crate from overseas, I can't epand much further.

Oh well...it is 6:51 am, and I have been up for 2 hours....I think I need a powernap :) If you need anything, just drop me a line. Glad you like your support ticket program. We can try something else if you like.

I know one cool think that would be nice thats a forum, the same kind of layout as this with our banner on the top etc and with no advertising. Do you know of any sites that offer that kind of service for FREE.
