Hello, just signed up for a new PSU store. I wanted to use a subdomain of a current domain name that I have registered through godaddy.com. Is this possible? I actually used the subdomain address when signing up for the PSU store, but then I got a bit confused when it talked about forwarding the domain.

For example, here is what I would like, and I forgot to mention, the sample domain I have listed is not only registered through godaddy, but also currently hosted through godaddy:

I have a website, let's call it www.sample.com for simplicity's sake.

I created a subdomain, called store.sample.com, which also redirects basically to www.sample.com/store as a subdomain.

Can I point the store.sample.com to my new PSU store, or is it only possible to point the entire domain of www.sample.com to my new PSU store?

I haven't touched any of the DNS stuff yet, so I'm just going to wait to see if it is indeed possible. If not, I guess I would need to get another dedicated domain, huh? Maybe something like www.sample.net instead of .com.

Thank you in advance if anyone can help with this.

You would have to point the entire domain www.sample.com to your PSU hosting. Once you do that you can make as many subdomains as you want to point to different places.

Thank you psunite for the help. I got the information by email as well, so now I just need to register a new domain name, and then I will forward that information by email again.

Sorry for the trouble on this, I just didn't think through all the hosting permutations... :)
