To me, blujay is very similar to the old ebay. I just bought 30 craft books from one seller and will go back next week for more from others.
The entire setup reminds me of the old ebay and I love the search.
The shipping doesn't seem to work as they had to send me a combined invoice.
But, why isn't everyone over there? Is it hard to list there? Can they pull in ebay listings? |

I have been with Blujay just about 2 years now. Go on over there and take a look at the format, its really easy to list.
Nothing at all like the Old Ebay. I been a member of ebay since summer of 97.
No Feedback system at Blujay at all, never has been. Ebay always has had a feedback system.
No bidding at Blujay either, all store fronts.
You can find anything on blujay this is true.
Blujay has been around since 2005 almost 4 years now. Its had its share of troubles. I have a very large store there, with everything listed you could imagine. Love the format, but low sales. It hasn't caught on and not sure it will. |

Big issue is Google and the store ads keep getting tossed out.
May be due to blujay not policing their stores like they shold and having lots of stores with x-rated items in them.
Google doesn't like it and throws them out. If they can't be seen, buyers don't show up like you want.

I'm getting a few sales each week on Blujay. I also look there when I need to purchase something.
I love the ease of setting up a listing, possibly the best out there in my opinion.
As for x rated items. They are going to be on every site. If you don't want to see them, don't go looking for them. Unless of course if you want to get to see them before reporting them.
Besides, what is considered x rated to one, may not be considered x rated for the next person. |

Well Unfortunately as large as My Store is, I am listing all the time. At One time I had 5500 items listed at Blujay, so I know what Reh means about X-Rated Items. Everytime I would be listing and go to the Front page, the Showcase items would have X-rated items appearing as NEW LISTINGS. Kinda Creepy ya know.
Too explicit to name here, but these are NOT allowed on Blujay, but they are there. There should be a Security Warning Area in Blujay to prevent them from happening on the Front Page. I understand and Respect her point thoroughly.
Blujay needs to set up something so they are NOT so out in the Open and they don't get mixed up with Kid's Toys. I did notice my items are blended in with the Porn, so it would be a better idea to get this in a category of their own. This way the Pervs can find them all together. |

| Yep smart person this j person. would go a long way to keeping site more secure to get some programing in to keep this stuff out of the general site. not to mention keeping store ads from getting tossed out with the smut stuff |

| Blujay has caught on, its been around for almost 5 years this coming may. Just no admin around anymore. But the site is still standing. |

I decided to start listing a few items on Blujay again but everytime I try to sign in I keep getting an error and can't get to my admin page. Anyone else having a problem or just me?
I also tried to go in and look around from here and get the same error message. |
