This is on my PSU website, Garden Party Tea. I have now wiped out all of my listing on Google Base. :( HELP!!!
I went to the Froogle feed export, checked the enable offer ID box and then clicked on export my Froogle Feed.
Got the file up in Excel and changed 2 headers/attributes like I have done for several months. Changed category to department and offer_id to id.
Went to my google account and tried to do an upload. Rejected. 3 x.
The email I got from Google says:
Outcome: Data feed upload failure
Number of items processed: 234
Number of inserted items: 0
Uploaded at: December 3, 2008 7:50:51 PM PST
Processed at: December 3, 2008 7:52:30 PM PST

I can't tell what happened or why it won't go.
But it's December and I now have managed to make myself invisible to Google. *sigh*
