Got this email today! WOO HOOOO!

Dear angelsolutions

We are pleased to announce that wonderful things are happening at Bidville.com. As you may know, Bidville experienced tremendous growth over the past year. As a result, we experienced significant "growing pains" which prevented members from experiencing all Bidville has to offer. Those days are over.

There are so many improvements to Bidville, it would be difficult to list them all in this email. In summary, we've successfully addressed almost all major areas that needed improvement. And we are still working at it.

The site is fast and reliable. Please check our announcements in the Bidville Community Center for details on our progress. There is a new energy among the community! Here is a link:
http://www.bidville.com/community/messages/

We are most proud of our new VIP Program which helps prevent fraud by verifying a member's identity by telephone. For details and for the opportunity to join this free program, please visit this link:
http://www.bidville.com/help/vip_beta.asp

You can also find details about our new SAFE Program for preventing fraudulent bidders. And, the release of our new CHECKOUT system is coming soon. Details can be found here:
http://www.bidville.com/help/safe_beta.asp

If you haven't been to Bidville in a while, please come back and take a look. We think you will like what you see. If you don't have a Bidville Storefront, now is the time to prepare for the holidays.

Thank you all once again for continuing to grow with Bidville.

The Bidville Team

I've been shopping at Bidville yesterday & today & having a blast. I'm using isurfauctions to do it, so I'm satisfying my addiction AND earning hits for what I buy. WIN/WIN!

Bidville sellers....HELP ME SHOP!

and if you haven't listed your Bidville items at isurfauctions...here's my referral link (aka shameless plug, lol)

Hiya grannysuze!

Ibidfree is an auction site that's advertising on isurfauctions home page. :D

isurfauctions is where sellers can list their auctions from any of the sites at the bottom of the page and surfers/buyers & other sellers can view all the auctions by "surfing" the auctions. When you do this surfing, you earn more "hits" or times that your auctions will be shown to other surfers.

You get alot of viewers to your auctions & those viewers become buyers, like I did today, cuz ....well, I couldn't stand the temptation anymore. LOL

Make sense?

Sylvia, I'm a lucky recipient of your shopping attack at BV. Thanks so very much for your bids and TIN's. It has been a startlingly pleasant experience. And, yes, I'm earning hits, too from your bids and sales!

For those of you who haven't tried it out, iSurfAuctions is still an easy way to get hits AND buyers for your listings!!! Sign up using angelsolution's referral code and get started. Free to list up to 75 auctions, and low monthly fees to list up to 600 at a time! They also have an excellent banner exchange program, too, if you're a pro member.

BidVille has gone and is still going through an amazing transformation !
Hands down the most user friendly auction site on the net, yep.
A solid 30 minute look around it should be obvious, although you really need to be a member to see their TrackPal and all its advantages.
Good job with more to shortly come :)
Did I mention their stores OMG, fabulous.

Thanks for bringing the OP to our attention Sylvia...

As most know, I listed at BV for a while yet had poor results and eventually let the items end without relisting...

Glad to have them turing things around over there and please keep us posted on any new developments..

Oh boy, let's see how long that lasts :) I see some "verified" members turned into non-shippers already.
(I guess it's not really smart to start 10-dollar bracelets with 99 ct, and naturally it did not go higher).

there might be some positive to accentuate if bidville would advertise.
no one knows they are there.
no views..no bids.. no sales.
i have the same items listed on biddersnsellers, and ioffer. i am getting views, bids, and sales on both.
the same items on bidville don't even get views.
show me a positive to bidville, and i;ll list more stuff.
it makes no sense to put gas into a car that does not run.
it's a great site, but there is no traffic.
the potential is definitely there. why don't they advertise, and let people know of their existence?

I don't think they have the funds to advertise their site. That's what I can tell from hearing reports of near bankruptcy and no or very little profits (or even deep in the red depending on who you talk to).

I think that at least not having the money is a reasonable excuse. It looks like they gave it a shot but the ROI just wasn't there. Many other sites haven't even bothered.
