In many cases you will have third parties being the sellers of the information and then they present you with a credit application and other items from a fourth party in order to gain access to the first party.
Here is an example. Cartservices Internatonul will be selling the Authorize.net log in and processing services using Leasecon contracts that locks you into paying $79 a month for a $15 a month service.
There are companies like Leasecomm or Microfinancial to stay away from due to them financing junk through the third party sellers. In fact, if you can not get an account directly with the processor, then say, no thank you.
Take it from someone who sued all of the companies involved and winning based on law's that they did not believe they were obligated to follow. |
