Thanks for the opportunity to vote Ken!
If loudfrog.com were still alive that site would blow all of them away!
I see the new kid on the block (AM) is getting a lot of votes.
Did you post this poll over at the AM forums?
If so, it would also be fair to post your poll at the ecrater, bluejay and BISI forums. |

| I did post this in the AM forums and you are right, they should go into other forums. I will PM known supporters of those sites so they can do so....I'm not well known in those... |

Patch,
How come you left Bonanzle off your list of sites to vote for?
Never mind, we already know. |

For your article I would have changed the polls: for free fixed marketplace sites and those that charge some type of fees whether listing or fv:
ie: blujay, ecrater, bisi, and even throw in Etsy which is a great site but considered a niche site.
Then do one with: bonanzle, atomic mall, maybe ioffer, other sites that may be slipping my mind, etc
Personally, these type of polls are very unreliable without any type of control measures for accuracy. I'm mentioning this since I assume you intend to publish it. I didn't know you were writing for an online site until a few days ago since I don't post/read much on PSU as I used to. Good luck with your articles. |

This poll is for storefront/marketplace sites....Bonanzle is pretty hard to categorize....on one hand they are a storefront site but it was recently shown that it is an auction site as well...I had thought about including BZ in the auction site poll but then I would have been accused of trying to pit BZ against eBid....
Bonanzle is a very unique site in a class of its own in more ways than one....if I had to place it in a category I would have to say it was more of a social networking type of ecommerce site in the same vein of myspace and facebook....Bonanzle has many features which encourage social interaction along with business.....those same features could also show BZ to be more of a "negotiating" site much like iOffer is set up to be....
Now, it's pretty interesting that people are asking about where BZ is....I didnt see anyone questioning where many other sites are when it came to polls which seemed to be set up in BZ's favor....a notable exception to those polls is eBid, which, despite my misgivings about the site, is still the best alternative out there in my opinion...it would make it appear that only a hypocrites would question one poll because your site is not on while while questioning other polls that leave out strong contenders... |

Uh-oh,
Weren't you the one who threw a fit when that other poll was done a couple of weeks ago and AM wasn't included. (Sorry, I don't remember the name of the sponser).
Perfect example of point one finger and three are pointing back. |
