Does anyone know what's going on with Blujay. When I bring up the site the blujay comes up but it says error. If anyone has any ideas just let me know.

| Blujay has been down now about 2 hours or so. Not sure whats wrong. Same Error Message, the community is open but no one is discussing this there. |

It's been that way all night. No reply from moderator even though the community board still works.
Home page is error mess. as well as all listings.
It's a mystery. |

When I did a search last night for blujay to see what the deal was, the search results showed an entry for hackerline.org, w/ the title"blujay activity".
Now I just did a search & hackerline.org has been deleted. |

| I'm sure it is just a glitch it happens to all sites. Blujay was down for a day about a year ago. it seems to happen once a year. Don't worry they are not going anywhere |

Didn't I read somewhere that in March 2009 Blujay was revamping the site?
I hope not all items were lost and I am thankful that I was able to complete an order before the site went down.
Wish there was a message on the front page.

| [I]Hi Everybody -- I just joined this site -- so interesting. I found it because I too was wondering what was going on with BLUJAY; been trying to get in since last night and am being told another user has my ID (yeah, me) and then I get the error page. I've been having various problems since Sunday -- no problems anywhere else. Hope this isn't a harbinger of things to come --- the last time this happened to me (and of course others) was when LOUDFROG crashed and they haven't been seen since (August '08) although they have been claiming a new site is coming ... for several months now, but still they are not back up ... now BLUJAY ... hmmmmm ... an ebay plot? |

Well, this is a fine kettle of fish! Guess we should have expected silence, considering the lack of owner involvement and communication.
I have stayed with Blujay because I like the simplicity of the site, both for the buyer and seller. I have avoided the controversy and the forums like the plague.
I am taking a wait and see attitude. I hope I don't have to relist hundreds of items elsewhere. |
