Awhile ago I thought perhaps moneybookers might a solution for PayPal as there were no chargebacks. I was even encouraged somewhat when they added a U.S. service in addition to the International one.
LOL, forget, they are basically another PayPal now since they joined up with eBay - don't matter if you use their eBay integration because if you read the terms for the new U.S. account you see they offer no protection for chargebacks for bank account or credit card payments.
They've screwed their system offer; lol, before there were no chargebacks because it was simply a transfer of money from one account to another. nice to know buyers can now cancel their payments as soon as you email them their tracking number (before they get the item) just like PayPal.
Don't receive payments. Tried to close out my account and I now get an error message saying I need $13.00 and change minimum to make a withdrawal. Yep, they take money just like PayPal too - gee I am not going to use the service again so how am I going to get $13.00 in there. |
