|
|
Some buyers, when attempting to pay for their items with an eCheck on PayPal, are receiving an error message during the Checkout process and are unable to proceed. This occurs when the buyer’s Primary credit card on file with PayPal has expired. To resolve this problem and pay for your item, please abandon the Checkout process and go directly to your PayPal account by typing www.paypal.com into your browser, and signing in. Then, do one of the following:
Update the expiration date on your expired credit card, OR
Select a different credit card to be your Primary card, OR
Add a new credit card and designate it as the Primary card.
Then, return to the item you purchased, and proceed to Checkout again. You shouldn’t have any further problems. We apologize for the extra work and frustration this has caused you, and are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
