| I have a buyer from Spain who made a payment to me thru Palpal three days ago and then later reversed it. My item was shipped off to him and I have proof of shipment. I contacted Paypal and they said there is nothing they can do. Is this Normal ? This is absolutely criminal. Can anyone tell me what options are available to me. |

First off, Paypal doesn't want proof of shipment. They want proof of DELIVERY.
As for options,
1. You can go to Spain and hire an attorney
2. You can hire a high-powered US attorney who will charge you much more than you'd ever receive.
3. You can wise up and stop shipping outside the U.S. |

The same thing happened to my daughter only the guy was from France. She even found a way to prove it had been delivered to his address, but because it couldn't be proven that it was he who accepted the package she ended up losing the item (which was rather rare), and all of the charges associated with his purchase.
You can't win with an ebay/paypal combination. That's why that little marriage should have been ended by the Feds long ago. |

Very sorry to hear of this type of transactions taking place.
First, I would not take NO answer from Paypal!
Tell them u want 2 talk 2 someone higher up!
Tell them u feel like they r participating this fradulent activity!
Tell them u dispute this reversol & if they want your future business must play by the rules!
How much money r we talking about in the Spain transaction?
Mny times if u just talk to the first jabroni they throw at u, just get the standard BS.
Thats Y u need 2 talk 2 higher up lead dog @ PP No more talk 2 jabroni! they in cubical & job is 2 get rid of u complaint! |

| Thanks for the quick reply. Will try your solution and let u know of the outcome. But from this experience I understand that Paypal is COMPLETELY unreliable and we should not sell high value items in the internet. There is no guarantee that we will receive payment for it. Paypal is certainly a breeding ground for cyber criminals. Looking at the bright side my lesson is not so expensive as it is less then AUD$20. |
