| No the 4.99 hosting is just basic normal hosting. You will have to create and upload your own pages. |

| Hi do yourself a favor choose linux over windows, or you will find a lot of plugins wont work. |

| Depending on what site your planning having you may consider a dedicated IP over a shared IP. If your site is gieing to be small then a shared IP is cost effective if not and its going to be a large data-traffic site you will want to pay a little more and go with a dedicated IP |
