WTB: I'm looking for a cheap 2 pc rain suit needed for a river raft/camping trip. Probably the only time it will get used (if it rains). A poncho will not suffice.
Sizes: 8-10 Little Girl
Color: Any color but PINK!
Actually she just needs the pants (as she has a water proof jacket); but I'm guessing they come as a set.
Frustrated Grandma

| I searched for you. I found that 2BoysandToys had some for a 3 year old. I found a page discussing a cyclist's worn rain pants. He mentioned treating them with Scotchguard Outdoor. That sounds like a reasonable solution. It's likely you can get a pair of what we call "squishy pants" - nylon shaped like sweats - and treat them. |

Thanks, PRG--I had already checked Erin's stores :) :)
Will check into the "squishy pants" idea.

Oh my goodness, gracious, sakes alive! I never thought you would search online! LMAO!!!!
I guess I should have specified that "we" means my (when the phrase was coined) 10 year old daughter, her 19 year old sister, and I. I don't think that is anyone else's "official term". Thanks for the great laugh!
I'd bet your granddaughter may already own something you could spray with Scotchguard. :D |
