Something a lot of people do not realize is that, there is a recipricating tax that flows over many states. I live in Florida 6 months and North Carolina 6 months. Although I am not required to collect tax for sales in other states I do in certain situations.
Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina all are in a recipricating tax region, meaning the vendors can legally collect taxs for sales in the region.
I am registered as a business in North Carolina, however even when I am in Florida and ship from Florida I always charge tax for North Carolina sales. |

Unless they change the constitution any tax on interstate commerce is prohibited. The supreme court has already ruled on that. Our legislators need to spend their time considering ways to make government more cost efficient and more effective.
why spend all that time passing laws that are unconstitutional and will be overturned by the supreme court. We have problems that are more important. |

Its not just the folks who voted for the obama that deserve this. Its everyone who voted for any incumbent, of any party, after those politicians voted for more spending and higher taxes.
Stupid gets what stupid votes for and in this case 90% of Americans deserve to suffer for their sins of apathy and greed. Let them revel in the socialism and big government they wanted so badly.
I don't have the time, money or compassion to care about the people who let the country go to hell over the last 40 years. I have my own family to worry about.
