Since Paypal has no more free accounts starting very very soon. We need to figure out ways to try to keep more profit.
RevolutionMoneypay is the best way to do this and most sites don't even use this as a option I know plunderhere does but who Else??? |

Paypal Personal accounts were never intended to be used by sellers. They are for buyers, to facilitate making payments, and they will still be around. It's just that Ebay and Paypal finally closed the loophole that let Personal accounts receive payments.
Revolution Money offers the buyers ZERO protection, so I guess it becomes the scammers new best friend.
As for Amazon, I don't intend to give them any of my money at all. |

| More sites should hook up with RMX... they just received a rather hefty infusion of money from Investors who recognize that PP is not the only option. PP doesn't protect anyone outside of ebay, and it isn't backed by a Federally secured bank like Revolution MoneyExchange. RMX is safer than PP has ever thought about being. |

WE have not been around since 2005, that was the old overnightauctions.com... owned by someone else.
WE just bought / acquired the sites in Sept. of 2008 and just did away with the old one... WE only have overnightauctions.net and overnightshops.com along with our Forum, overnightvoice.
In less than a year we have went from ZERO to 131 members, that does not count the ones who joined .com before we shut it down and did not elect to move over to .net. So, yes we are still growing!
Glad you like the graphics... we are in process of putting a new skin on Shops currently, still needs tweaked :) Any opinions and/ or suggestions are welcome!

| Hmmm - a suggestion. Suggest you use a better redirect from overnightauctions.com - whatever one it is that is a permanently moved redirect - and point it at overnightauctions.net in order to take advantage of the previously seeded backlinks. Be sure you thoroughly research this suggestion, as I am a neophyte in this, but read a lot, and I think this is the right advice but am not 100% certain. |

Hi we have had it as an option for a long time. Keep in mind that Revolution does not have a direct gateway yet so when they do
I am sure we will all have it just like the PP gateway does. In the event
PP goes bad we have a gateway for Google, moneybrokers, and a few others as well. Right now RME is listed as offline payment but can be easily used through the members area sold items menu. |

About a year ago there was a thread here at PSU where someone wrote a mod for RME that could be used by auction sites to integrate RME just like PP or GC for payments. I'm not totally sure, but it might have been in the big thread about RME.

I'm not totally sure, but it might have been in the big thread about RME.I read the last few pages of that big thread, and found no reference. So, I searched PSU for RME checkout and found nothing relevant, so then I searched for RME mod and found the following posts:
Should PayPal be Worried about Revolution MoneyExchange?
Amazon Set To Clash With EBay In Online Payments
Lets talk alternatives..sell through totals and not listings
What Payments Do You Accept?
Apparently JulieArtz knows where to buy one for ZenCart, and it seems there is a mod included with PHPprobid, or maybe available separately to add to a PHPprobid site - seems AlsoShop has it and usold.net lists RME but was waiting for the mod last June.
In the RME thread there was also reference to a copy-and-paste RME buy now button available at RME that a seller could add to a listing, but that sounds a bit tedious unless they added it to a template, perhaps. Seems the button opens an RME page. The posts did not say if the info was passed from the cart to RME or not. Perhaps you know.
Hope this helps. |

The buttons aren't a good idea for auction sites anyway as it bypasses the sites checkout process and any FVF they may have.
It's possible that I miss-remembered as the mention of JulieArtz rings a bell. It's possible I was thinking of the mod for ZenCart rather than auction sites. I just know I emailed someone that had written a mod for RME for something. They were doing hosting where they were using the mod but were open to selling/licensing it too.
