Not true.

As a seller on eBay, I won EVERY dispute filed against me.

All two of them.

One INR & one SNAD

It IS true >>> For Diesel parts. 8)

I'd add:
I've NEVER even had a customer 'try' to file against
me using my MA.
On or off FraudBay. lol

Glad you got your problems resolved in your favor though lizard.
Your an exception to the millions of post I've seen to the contrary.

They act like a bank, but they are not regulated like a bank. However, 15% of all commerce in the US is now going through them, so you can't completely ignore them.

I am going to look into a CC merchant account. I'm getting more and more requests to take CC and debit cards.

So do I.

But when it comes to online selling, I mainly take Google Payments.

I don't trust Paypal one bit, they are very deceptive and are lairs. I use delivery confirmation on all sales and if the confirmation said that the buyer received and signed for the item, they should not be allowed to issue a chargeback.

Paypal needs to go out of business, they are the worst payment company in the world.

DaLizardsLair how did you win a SNAD case??
I have lost EVERY case since eBay bought paypal.
My listings go well over and above the call how the item is used & not used. Clear Digital pictures front & back.
Even my paypal rep says there is no hope of winning any!

Who can say for sure why I won?

Buyer started emailing me within 48 hours of the auction ending demanding to know where his items were. He had purchased three MtG cards. About 2 and a half weeks of this went on, at which time he emailed that it had been some 18 days since he had paid and if I didn't immediately refund him, he'd file an INR complaint.

I emailed the buyer with the date and time of delivery. His response was "Oh...OK". Then he left me a neutral feedback, claiming late delivery. I left him a negative feedback with the note "Contact me before doing business with this PITA!, which killed the buyer's previous 100% positive feedback.

He then filed the SNAD claiming that the items had arrived damaged.

I responded to the complaint with all of his emails, including the threat of filing the INR, and my opinion that the only reason he was filing the complaint was due to my having given him a negative feedback and not being willing to do a Mutual Withdrawal of Feedback.

Eight days later, Paypal sided with ME, and took the hold off of the whopping amount of $2.50, which was the cost of the item including shipping.
