I have used the Google Base spreadsheet and need to know from the webmaster tools the steps and how to upload an API (I think) that I could upload as major changes occurred.
I am an ECommerce site and do not know even what option to click on when I get to the webmaster tools page let alone how to use/obtain a base connector.
