Wanted: Dependable programmers that know PHP ProBid auction system and can provide 24/7 technical support if problems arise.
I have several guys helping me, but we all have other jobs, families and other commitments that get in the way. I don't feel I can provide customers good service, until I put together a good technical support team to troubleshoot problems, and fix them fast.
I will pay for good help, but I'm more interested in someone that wants to invest their time and knowledge into our profit sharing plan and be part of our long term future as the site grows.

you really need a GAF
whole web site of them ie millions all round the world,
you put help on ie project and they bid on it,
some countrys wages are £4 a day yet geniuses in computer programming.
i have had some great work done by them very cheap, as they bid on your project and give you there cv etc they do the work and if satifactory you pay them, |

| Scott, technical issues are really few and far between, that you would need someone on call like that. And how are you going to guard against user misuse or random sporadic quirks? |

| By making sellers part owners in their own Co-op auction, they will have an investment in the business and do all the site monitoring and reporting. We will be our own police force, but I need computer programmers on call, that can fix the problems fast. |
